StaySMA is a reference directory of hotels in San Miguel de Allende. We are not a travel agency or booking intermediary. We do not manage reservations, payments, or contracts between guests and hotels.

3. Accuracy of information

We make a reasonable effort to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that hotel prices, availability, hours, or other details are accurate at all times. Always verify information directly with the hotel before booking.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Property claims

Hotel owners or authorized representatives may claim and manage their listing. By submitting a claim you declare that you are authorized to represent the property. We reserve the right to verify and approve or reject claims.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Using the site for spam, automated scraping, or any activity that strains the infrastructure.
• Impersonating another user, a hotel, or StaySMA.

7. Intellectual property

StaySMA's editorial content, design, and code are owned by StaySMA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without express permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StaySMA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site or the information contained in it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page with the updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
